1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and profile details.
- Run data: the inputs you provide to a workflow and the outputs produced.
- Transaction data: credit purchases, runs, and (for creators) earnings and payouts.
- Technical data: device/browser info and basic usage events.
2. AI-provider processing
To produce an output, your workflow inputs are combined server-side with the creator's workflow and sent to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI or OpenRouter). Do not enter sensitive personal data you would not want processed by a third-party model. Providers process this data under their own terms; we send only what is needed to run the workflow.
3. Analytics & cookies
We use cookies and a privacy-respecting product-analytics tool to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used (for example, which pages convert). We do not sell your personal data. You can limit cookies in your browser, though some features require them to function.
4. How we share data
- AI providers — to generate workflow outputs (above).
- Payment and payout processors — to take payments and pay creators.
- Infrastructure and email providers — to operate and support the service.
- Authorities — where required by law.
Creators never receive your card details, and they do not see the private identity of other users behind a shared output.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Run inputs and outputs are retained to provide your history and to support disputes; you can request deletion of eligible data.
