Terms of service

Last updated: 2026

1. The service

MyGPTList lets you run AI workflows packaged by independent creators. You pay a fixed credit price per run and receive an AI-generated output. Creators define the workflow; MyGPTList operates the platform and processes payments.

2. Credits & payment

  • Credits are the in-app unit of account. 1 credit = $0.10 USD.
  • You buy credits up front; each workflow shows its exact credit price before you run it.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not a deposit or stored-value instrument.
  • Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

3. Refunds

  • If a run fails on our side, the credits for that run are automatically refunded.
  • A successful run is non-refundable — you received the output you paid for.
  • Within a short goodwill window we may, at our discretion, issue a credit refund for genuine problems with a successful run.
  • Cash refunds are available only through your card issuer's dispute process.

4. Creator payouts

  • Creators earn a share of buyer spend on their workflows, settled to their connected payout account.
  • Identity verification is required before any payout.
  • Early earnings are held for a risk window tied to the refund/dispute period, and a minimum payout threshold applies.
  • Running your own workflow earns nothing — self-runs are treated as test runs.

5. AI disclaimer

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Review every output before relying on it. MyGPTList and creators make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for how you use an output.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes, and do not attempt to extract creators' private workflow prompts or platform internals. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data retention

We retain your account, run, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how long we keep it.
